T.M.Revolution Heads up New Year's Eve TV Anime Event

NHK is closing out 2017 with a bang: the 100th anniversary of Japanese animation will end with a special filled with appearances by voice actors, artists, and more from the world of anime.

The channel has just released the roster for this month's Nippon Anime 100 Ake-Ome! Seiyuu Cast special. And it's a massive one.

Announcer Chiaki Matsuzawa will be hosting the event, accompanied by musician Takanori Nishikawa (know better by his stage name T.M.Revolution). Also appearing will be:

-- Kana Asumi (Yuno, Hidamari Sketch)

-- Yuka Ozaki (Serval, Kemono Friends)

-- Yuuki Ono (Josuke Higashikata, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure)

-- Kengo Kawanishi (Rei Kiriyama, March Comes in Like a Lion)

-- Katsuyuki Konishi (Kamina, Gurren Lagann)

-- Mikako Komatsu (Cinnabar, Land of the Lustrous)

-- Tomokazu Seki (Touya Kinomoto, Cardcaptor Sakura0

-- Ayahi Takagaki (Lisbeth, Sword Art Online)

-- Haruka Tomatsu (Asuna, Sword Art Online)

-- Kaori Nazuka (Nunnally, Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion)

-- Romi Park (Edward Elric, Fullmetal Alchemist)

-- Hiroaki Hirata (Kotetsu T. Kaburagi, Tiger & Bunny)
